Information Assurance Full-Time Faculty

Dr. John H. Nugent, CPA
Dr. Nugent brings over 25 years IA industry and academic experience to the classroom. Dr. Nugent served as president of several firms engaged in developing IA tools and products including having served as president and a board of director member of several AT&T subsidiaries involved in designing and manufacturing secure communications components, products and systems supporting over 90 countries and many multinational corporations with their IA requirements. Dr. Nugent is Co-Director of the IA Concentration and cross teaches in the Telecommunications Concentration.

Dr. Mike Raisinghani, CECC
Dr. Raisinghani brings over ten years experience in IT and IA to the classroom. Dr. Raisinghani is widely published and continues to teach and research in the areas of IA, IT and e-Commerce. Dr. Raisinghani is a leading industry consultant in the areas of IA, IT and e-Commerce with particular expertise in database design and operations, and has provided services to clients in many countries. Dr. Raisinghani is also the Co-Director of the IA Concentration, Director of the e-Commerce Concentration and cross teaches in the eBusiness Concentration.

Dr. Sue Conger
Dr. Conger is an very experienced academic and industry professional who brings over 25 years experience to the classroom. She has led in IT initiatives for leading corporations as a corporate officer, professional staff member, and as a consultant. She is widely published in the areas of IT and IA and is a sought after industry consultant and public speaker. Dr. Conger is the Director of the IT Concentration and cross teaches in the IT Concentration.

The full-time faculty is supported with an extremely capable body of part-time and adjunct professors who in addition to being academically qualified and professionally certified, also have significant industry experience.
