6 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp semolina
2 l milk
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavor
Separate 6 egg yolks, and mix them with flour and semolina until smooth. Beat remaining egg whites periodically adding sugar. When the white frosting is firm add yolk mixture.
Do not over mix, just make sure the mixture gets even and pour into a buttered large baking pan (you could use different shapes of baking pan). Bake on 350 degrees F for 30-40min until golden brown.
In the meantime boil milk with sugar. Remove from the stove and add vanilla flavor. Take the baking pan out of the oven and pour hot milk over it. Let it cool until it's safe to refrigerate. Store in a fridge. Serve with whipped cream or custard and decorate with raspberries.
