1 lb fresh salmon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg white
Sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk

Sauce
In a medium sauce pan melt butter on a low flame. Then remove from the stove and add flower mix and little milk to loosen mixture. Bring back to flame by mixing constantly and add rest of the milk, pepper and Cheese. Simmer until sauce gets little thicker and pour over the fish.
Preheat oven on 350 degrees and bake for 15min. In the mean time beat egg white with a dash of salt until firm. Carefully take the pan from the oven and spread egg
frosting. Bake for additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
