Quiche Lorraine

3 eggs
dash of salt
200g sour cream
50g finely chopped fried bacon
8 pastry shells (2inch shells)

NOTE: If you are using frozen pastry shells take them out of the freezer 15min before you start baking.

Beat 3 egg whites with a dash of salt until firm. Mix in remaining yolks and stir in sour cream and bacon pieces. Poor mixture into the shells and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min or until surface becomes golden brown.
